Position Overview
As a Junior Manager at IE University, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of programs or projects within the department. You will also manage day‑to‑day operations, liaise with internal teams and external partners, organize events and activities, ensure quality delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.



This role often includes administrative tasks, budget monitoring, and process improvements to support organizational goals.
