Your main purpose

Civil & Structural Design Leadership: Lead the review, coordination, and technical oversight of all Civil, Structural, and infrastructure-related systems across hospitality projects, and provide strategic Civil and Structural input during feasibility,



concept, and early design stages (Stages 1–3), supporting site planning, grading, retaining systems, drainage strategies, infrastructure coordination, structural concepts, and buildability assessments.

Design Coordination & Technical Integration: Coordinate Civil and Structural integration with Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, MEP, Infrastructure, Lighting, and specialist disciplines, review and evaluate drawings, reports, calculations, technical submissions, and consultant deliverables, ensure multidisciplinary coordination throughout schematic and detailed design phases (Stages 4–7), and identify technical conflicts, engineering risks, coordination gaps, and constructability challenges, supporting timely resolution.

Consultant Management & Technical Review: Coordinate with external Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Infrastructure, and specialist consultants across all projects, review technica
