We're looking for someone who will become the operational backbone of our Marketing team.
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, helping bring ideas to life across events, content, community and brand initiatives. Your biggest focus will be coordinating VIVLA's events and making sure every detail is flawlessly executed, while gradually learning and taking ownership across multiple areas of marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow fast, learn from every aspect of marketing and become an indispensable part of a high-performing team.

What you will do:
Events & Brand Experiences
Help build and grow Casa VIVLA, our community platform designed to bring together owners, investors and like-minded people through exclusive events and experiences.
Coordinate VIVLA's events from planning to execution.
Manage suppliers, venues,



budgets and logistics.
Coordinate guest lists, invitations and event communications.
Ensure every event reflects VIVLA's premium brand experience.
Be present during events to oversee execution and solve problems in real time.
Travel to VIVLA destinations when required.
Capture content during events for future marketing use.

Content & Community.
Manage VIVLA's community across social media channels, responding to messages, comments and enquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks and Shorts) when needed.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments across the business.
Stay on top of trends, viral formats and social media best practices.
Help maintain VIVLA's content calendar.
Bring fresh content ideas every week.
