Your Role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to own THEKER's financial operations during this critical phase of growth.

Your mission is clear: build the financial infrastructure, establish controls, and give leadership full visibility over the company's financial health at all times.



You will own day‑to‑day financial operations, from cash management and month‑end close to cost control and compliance, ensuring the company runs with discipline and accuracy.

This is a hands‑on, operational role. You will work closely with the founding team on financial decisions as they arise, but your primary focus is execution: keeping the books clean, the numbers accurate, and the processes running without gaps.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Solid experience in financial controlling, accounting, or FP&A; roles.
- Hands‑on experience with month‑end close, cost control, and cash management.
- Experience in high‑growth or transformation environments.
- Ability to build financial models from scratch and drive decisions based on data.
- High attention to detail and ability to operate independently with limited guidance.
