About the Role

Are you an elite commercial leader with a proven track record of conquering FMCG, retail, or food ingredient markets in Spain? We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Director to spearhead the market entry, localization, and scaling of our premium Ice Cream Powder brand across mainland Spain and its regional commercial hubs.

In a highly dynamic market like Spain, ice cream powder offers massive logistical advantages, shelf-life efficiency, and substantial cost reduction over traditional liquid or frozen mixes. This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact growth role. We provide the world-class product, technical compliance, and logistical backing; you bring the local commercial network to unlock major distribution channels, large-scale retail listings, and industrial B2B food sector contracts.

Key Responsibilities

HoReCa & Wholesale Domination: Partner with national food-service distributors, catering conglomerates, and major buying organizations (Centrales de Compra like IFA or Euromadi) to




embed our ice cream powder into the mainstream food service ecosystem.

Market Entry & Retail Penetration: Lead and execute negotiations to secure product listings and private label contracts with Spain's top retail giants (e.g., Mercadona, Carrefour, Alcampo, Dia, Eroski) and independent regional buying groups.

B2B Distributor Network Setup: Identify, evaluate, and onboard premium Tier-1 food and beverage distributors across different autonomous communities to guarantee robust nation-wide supply chain coverage.

Brand Positioning & Localization: Tailor the value proposition to match the local demands of the Spanish market, emphasizing cost reduction, high quality, and optimal supply chain efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 7+ years of executive-level B2B sales, key account management, or market entry experience within the FMCG, dairy, food ingredients, or broad retail sector in Spain.
