Senior Credit Analyst / Specialist Credit, Tenancy & Insurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Implementation of customer-oriented support and services for the sales units incl. internal and external communication (e.g. data capturing of rent rolls and insurance contracts as well as other administrative services).
Adhering to defined standards for data quality in the core banking and processing systems in a uniform approach and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
In-depth financial analysis of different counterparties of the bank such as borrower companies (SPVs, corporate investors and developers), sponsors, guarantors and tenants.




Ongoing Secondary Risk Management of risk-relevant tenants (i.e. Tenant Ratings) and reporting to Senior Management.
Project work in an international environment for alignment of processes and work simplifications to further improve workflow efficiency (e.g. usage of AI).
Training and support of junior colleagues.

How to convince us

Completed degree in economics or law or comparable training acquired in practice (e.g. banking apprenticeship, banking specialist).
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate finance and/or commercial real estate finance, ideally in complex international transactions.
Deep knowledge and experience in credit risk management tools, especially financial analysis of different counterparties and their business mod
