YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations
Verify customer information and provide related assistance
Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section
Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements
