Based in Madrid the HEOR Manager will lead the development and execution of health economics and outcomes research activities that support market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies across Novocure’s oncology portfolio in Spain.

This is a highly visible and technical role for a market access professional who combines strong health economics expertise with strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be responsible for translating clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions, adapting general economic models to local requirements, supporting reimbursement submissions, and serving as a trusted technical partner for both internal and external stakeholders.



Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Global Value & Access, Finance, and external agencies, you will help shape access strategies that maximize patient access and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the development and execution of market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies across Novocure’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product lifecycle needs.
- Develop compelling payer‑focused value propositions and support the overall access strategy by translating clinical and economic evidence into clear, impactful narratives.
- Adapt and localize global health economic models, including cost‑effectiveness and budget impact models, incorporating country‑specific clinical, epidemiological, and cost data to support reimbursement decisions.
- Act as the technical HEOR expert for Spain, providing support during interactions with healthcare authorities, HTA
