Job Requirements

- +5 years or experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in mediation, pre‑litigation, or dispute resolution within a law firm, fintech, or Payment provider company.
- Strong understanding of integral payments, AML/compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., fintech, gambling, CFDs, binary options).
- Demonstrated ability to manage disputes with banks, PSPs, and regulatory authorities.
- Languages: Native in Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a strong plus.
- A practical, solutions‑driven mindset with strong negotiation and risk management skills.
