Your Role
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.

- Speak German fluently
- Have very good English skills (written & spoken)
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage)
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownershipAre comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
