ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated German-speaking Account Associate to drive growth across the German-speaking market and broader DACH region.



The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of mid-market airport and airline customers, identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support the growth of SITA's Airport, Passenger Processing, Baggage, Connectivity and Airline Operations portfolios.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys combining account management, business development, customer engagement, and pipeline generation in a dynamic international environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Sales & Business Development
- Own and manage a portfolio of customers and prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Develop and execute territory and account growth plans aligned with sales objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities across the SITA portfolio.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
