Our strong and visionary management team is committed to supporting the business’s next phase of growth with a robust business plan for value creation. This position will report to the Industrial Manager, who reports to the Head of Tech Portfolio Strategy and Central Quality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes (process quality control) and manage day‑to‑day activities of our industrial footprint and chemical partners, serving as the main quality focus point between suppliers and internal customers.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures/guidelines.
- Run continuous improvement or process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Perform supplier qualification and manufacturing audits (process and product) to ensure compliance with internal standards and industrial requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and work to resolve them efficiently with partners.
- Ensure products meet specified quality and safety standard
