The role will part of a growing and talented Business Improvement Team, and will report directly into our Head of Customer Service Improvement.

Strategic context and Value proposition




The Business Improvement Team is a relatively small team that reports directly to the Group CFO. The team has the responsibility for implementing and delivering critical strategic projects for the Company. In the past two years, the team has overseen an optimisation project (Funding Our Growth) that has saved the company several €m per year, as well as a quality improvement project (Products & Services Excellence) that has led to major increases in customer satisfaction across multiple facets of the business.

Currently, the Business Improvement Team works in close collaboration with our local market organizations in KPI development, execution of improvement initiatives, and assessing financial impact from committed projects. The team also has the responsibility of reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying gaps, and ensuring countries are driving improvements where needed.
