The RoleYou’ll own the end-to-end accounts payable cycle for your markets - from invoice receipt in Esker & GP to payment execution - within a team of ~20 P2P professionals across our three hubs.
From day one, you’ll work directly with vendors, budget owners, and international colleagues, with real room to improve how we work.
- Please note:
- Salary range (38,000 - 42,000) is in Euros per year
- This is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our Barcelona office 3x days per week

What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices in Esker & GP with accurate coding, approvals, and policy compliance
- Reconcile AP subledger balances and vendor statements; resolve open items
- Manage vendor relationships and payment queries for your markets




- Support month-end close with accurate AP balances and payables reporting
- Ensure VAT and indirect tax compliance - and help automate the manual work you find

What You’ll Bring
- 4 years of hands‑on AP experience, ideally in an international or shared‑services environment
- ERP experience - Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and/or Esker are a strong plus
- Working knowledge of VAT and cross‑border indirect tax compliance
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus for local vendor management
- Detail‑oriented and organized, comfortable in a business still building its processes
