We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead a small team of marketers, own and drive our digital presence, manage our paid media spend, optimise our organic efforts, evolve our AI capabilities, manage the agency, and assess the need and timeline for developing our in‑house digital team.

About The Role
Strategy & Planning

- Define and own the digital strategy, tailoring approaches by market maturity, brand positioning, and competitive dynamics.
- Own SEO and support our growth & content teams in ensuring our assets serve our organic and AI performance well.
- Manage supporting agencies, challenge delivery, ensure alignment and control spend.
- Assess channel expansion opportunities per market, ensuring growth initiatives are well‑timed and aligned with market potential and readiness.
- Own paid media budget allocation across markets, channels, and funnel stages, optimising spend based on performance and priorities.
