As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior VFX Recruiter to join our HR team in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is eager to learn, develop, and gain hands-on experience recruiting artists and production professionals within an international creative company.

Job Description

As a Junior VFX Recruiter, you will support the day-to-day recruitment activities across the studio, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent from around the world.





This role is adecuado for someone who is highly organised, enjoys connecting with people, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition. An interest in the VFX, animation, gaming, or creative industries would be a real advantage.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Milan office. As we work with colleagues and freelancers from all over the world, a high level of spoken and written English is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process across artistic, production, and technical roles.
- Post vacancies across job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review CVs, portfolios, and demo reels against role requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and industry networks.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and managers.
- Maintain accurate candid
