To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to support our digital growth initiatives and conversion optimization efforts, while developing, managing, and optimizing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple European markets.
The role focuses on optimizing the acquisition and onboarding funnel, from first customer touchpoint through to first card usage.
This position sits between Performance Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Content & Customer Journey Management, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital disciplines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution,
and optimization of marketing campaigns across paid, owned and, customer lifecycle channels
- Assist with customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention initiatives across multiple European markets
- Analyze key funnel, performance, and customer behavior metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across the customer journey, including landing page improvements, user journey optimization, and A/B testing
- Support the implementation and continuous development of tracking, analytics, and marketing setups using tools such as GA4 and GTM
- Assist in the creation and optimization of campaign assets, marketing messages, email communications, and digital content to improve engagement and performance
