Description of the positionWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of ERP and Accounting Systems. The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience in rolling out these systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and Accounting System implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, project teams, and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- System Implementation: Facilitate the configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP and Accounting Systems, particularly Dynamics 365, to meet the organization’s business needs.
- Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including assigning tasks, setting expectations, and monitoring performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to successfully deliver project outputs.
- Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new systems.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Working Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically in rolling out ERP and Accounting Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and Accounting Software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
