At Oesia Group, We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex defence and aerospace programmes involving multidisciplinary engineering teams, international stakeholders and advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex defence and aerospace projects from initiation to delivery
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, operations, quality and finance
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
Identify, monitor and mitigate programme risks and dependencies
Act as the main point of contact for customers, partners and key stakeholders
Ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are achieved
Prepare and present programme status reports to management and customers
Support proposal preparation, bid activities and contract negotiations
Drive project governance, decision‑making processes and performance reviews
Foster collaboration across international teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial,



Telecommunications or similar)
Proven experience managing complex engineering or technology programmes
Experience working in Defence, Aerospace, Space, Security or other highly regulated industries
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in project planning, risk management and programme governance
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing international defence or aerospace programmes
Knowledge of systems engineering environments
Experience working with military, governmental or defence customers
PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent project management certifications
Additional languages such as Spanish
