The role is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary R&D; team while working in close partnership with Product Management, Commercial, Operations, and Mill Directors to deliver customer-focused packaging solutions with a clear path to market within a three-year horizon. The successful candidate will drive collaboration across manufacturing sites, provide technical leadership, and translate customer and market needs into commercially viable products.
