Field Services Engineer
General Job Function
Responsible for managing all project management processes for low complexity projects, leading small teams (typically fewer than 10 members), which may include project controls personnel.

As Experience And Capabilities Grow, The Role May Involve

- Managing multiple low complexity projects simultaneously, or
- Leading medium‑size work packages.

The Position May Also Serve As

- Technical Inputs Lead for low‑complexity proposal projects, and/or
- Supervisor or individual contributor on larger, more complex projects.

Projects may span disciplines such as Engineering, Field Services, Software, Innovation/Product Development, and Process Improvement.

All project management activities are performed in accordance with Westinghouse policies, procedures, systems,



and requirements.

The role requires developing subject matter expertise in one or more Westinghouse Instrumentation & Control (I&C;) systems or refuel machine systems.

Duties And Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and document generation for larger and more complex projects
- Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control
- Acquire and manage project resources following departmental protocols
- Manage all aspects of the project, including:

- Scope, schedule, cost, risk
- Procurement, quality, resources
- Communications and stakeholder management
- Interpret and communicate project and contract requirements, including changes, using an integrated change management process
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure all stakeholders remain informed
