Core Responsibilities
Junior QA Engineer – 1–2 years

- Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies and processes to ensure high-quality software products.
- Work closely with team members and mentors to understand business objectives and translate them into practical quality requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Support the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Perform acceptance testing for web applications, mobile apps, and API integrations.
- Assist in the design and development of automated test scripts.
- Communicate effectively within the team to align QA objectives with overall business goals.
- Identify risks under supervision and contribute to mitigation strategies.
