Important Considerations

- Relocation to the United States, Austin, Texas is required, TN Visa sponsorship provided

What you bring

-
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend or server-side development.
- Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on experience with Go
- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in Go, Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages.




- Very strong understanding of backend fundamentals including SQL databases, networking, and security
- Comfortable with frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and at least one modern framework such as React, Angular, or Svelte.
- Proficiency in rigorous software development practices including version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to production
- Advanced English.

Nice to have

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, or enterprise systems
- Familiarity with REST or gRPC API design
- Background working with production-critical systems and on-call rotations
