About the teamThe Customer Experience team is the voice that guides users every step of the way, ensuring they get the most out of Factorial.
What you’ll do
- Welcome and onboard new DACH clients through video calls and email.
- Build personalized onboarding journeys shaped by each customer’s needs.
- Understand how our clients work and translate their processes into Factorial.
- Spot challenges, identify opportunities, and share insights to improve the experience.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance the client journey.
- Help define and scale onboarding processes that make the experience smoother and faster.

- Clients are fully activated and using Factorial to its full potential.
- High client satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Scalable processes that shorten onboarding times.
- Actionable insights shared with Product.





What we’re looking for
- Native or near‑native proficiency in German and professional‑level English.
- Experience in Customer Experience related roles—Account & Client Management, Onboarding, Customer Success or Support (SaaS is a plus).
- Proactive, curious, and excited to solve problems.
- A fast learner comfortable with product changes.
- Ownership mindset: care deeply about client success.
- HR knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).
