About the role
We are looking for a Junior Accountant (AP/AR) to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day AR/AP operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions, and supporting reporting and process improvements, while also providing support with payroll activities in both the US and Spain.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day AP, from receipt of invoices to payments, including treating invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval and entering the invoices into Netsuite.
- Review and reconcile expenses submitted through Ramp to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely processing.
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including issuing invoices, monitoring collections, applying cash, and performing reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts.
