In this role you lead a Market Delivery u0026amp; Technology Account Management team in Spain and Portugal, coordinating onboarding, deployment, and ongoing tech partnerships. You also own selected strategic customer engagements as an individual contributor, guiding complex initiatives and high-priority projects. You will bridge customer needs with technology, ensuring Mastercard solutions are deployed and continuously improved across the customer lifecycle. This role offers impact through developing talent, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and shaping technology-enabled growth.

• Oversee project delivery, governance, risks, dependencies, and execution across the portfolio
• Lead critical customer initiatives, complex implementations, and priority projects
• Serve as trusted advisor on Mastercard solutions, technology, and industry developments
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Support to deliver outcomes and identify growth opportunities
• Translate technical concepts into business value for customers and stakeholders
• Monitor delivery performance, customer health, risks, and key operational metrics
• Drive process improvements, knowledge sharing, and scalability across the team
• Capture and implement lessons learned through continuous improvement actions
