Moderate/Unplanned ExposureResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of facility Leadership assist in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of all facility orientation and educational programs.Supervises the educational and orientation activities of staff to achieve the maximum in patient safety, efficiency, and adherence to standards of care and regulatory requirements.Responsible for teaching courses and keeping content updated and current.Serve as an immediate informational educational resource for all staff.Serve as the facility liaison for all student clinical and educational programs including; nursing, surgical technicians, radiology technicians and other allied health programs.Facilitate communication between the facility and educational institutions, coordinator student placements and schedules, ensure compliance with facility policies, and support a positive learning environment for all students and instructors.Coordinates the learning activities to achieve optimum educational
