Your role
We are looking for a Technical Innovation Manager to help transform THEKER’s engineering knowledge into robust, structured and scalable technical assets, supporting our intellectual and industrial property strategy.

You will work at a system level to understand,



organize and formalize how our robotic platforms are designed, built and operated. Your work will focus on capturing and structuring technical knowledge around new systems and innovations, including their components, requirements, constraints and correct usage.

This role is key to enabling long-term protection and scalability of our technology by ensuring that innovations are properly documented, traceable and reusable, and that all relevant technical information is available for IP protection, regulatory considerations and customer deployments.

This is not a legal or administrative role. It is a deeply technical engineering position for someone who enjoys understanding complex physical systems and turning that understanding into clear, rigorous and structured documentation.

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical or similar).
