Role Mission
To lead and drive continuous improvement,
operational excellence, and project management initiatives, promoting process optimization, waste elimination, standardization of best practices, and enhanced operational performance.
The successful candidate will act as a key contributor in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and communication of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across all involved functions and facilitating the successful execution of transformation and improvement projects that deliver business value.
You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and other business areas to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions that increase productivity, quality, efficiency, and internal and external customer satisfaction.
