Your role and work environment: We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Data Analyst to join our Data Consumption and Culture Team of Data & AI Tribe. Our mission is to unlock business value from data by driving adoption, understanding, governance, and effective consumption of trusted data products. Your key responsibilities
As a Data Analyst you will:

- Design,



build and evolve impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and MicroStrategy.
- Go beyond reporting: analyze data to generate insights that influence business decisions.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency and governance across reporting assets.
- Partner with stakeholders to define, challenge and refine KPIs and metrics, and translate business needs into clear, scalable and reusable reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Actively contribute to data adoption and data literacy initiatives across the organization.
