We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will support the Marketing organization by delivering actionable insights, monitoring campaign performance, and developing data-driven recommendations that improve business decisions. You will own marketing dashboards,



define key performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to optimize acquisition, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics

- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing team.
- Analyze marketing performance across paid search, paid social, email, organic, and other acquisition channels.
- Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

- Build, maintain, and improve marketing dashboards.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions that provide accurate and timely business insights.
- Ensure data quality and reporting consistency.

KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis

- Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using quantitative analysis.
