In this senior leadership role, you will shape and scale the core engineering organisation that powers Allianz Partners’ data, analytics, and AI ecosystem. You will lead platform, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and business service teams, aligning engineering capabilities with strategic business goals. You’ll design the operating model, drive delivery excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how engineering supports growth, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a large, multi-disciplinary environment.

• Identify and remove delivery risks and bottlenecks
• Establish operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics for predictable delivery
• Define and evolve team topology, ownership, and ways of working
• Ensure clear interfaces between platform and product delivery teams
• Promote shared standards and platform capabilities
• Balance autonomy, consistency, quality, and speed of delivery
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Security, Governance, Operations, and Product leaders
• Support strategic plan
