ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will focusincontract renewal, retention and upsell of existing clients (B2B)
- Take care of our customer portfolio
- Customer support via phone and e‑mail
- Solve customer concerns and elevate issues when appropriate.
- Take ownership of new customers by onboarding and helping them configure their accounts.
- Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients ininitialguidance, technicalsupportand training services.
- Support the Controlling Departmentin the process of cancellation, cashcollectionand debt mediation.
- This role requires the ability to attend industry events and perform on‑site client visits as needed
