Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the order fulfillment process. It involves managing the warehouse staff, coordinating with logistics providers, and implementing efficient processes to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee the end-to-end process of fulfillment center.
- Develop and maintain efficient order processing workflows to streamline the movement of orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure each order is picked, packed, and shipped with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor order processing timelines to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate and optimize order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) for seamless order processing.




- Conduct regular audits of order processing procedures to identify and address any bottlenecks or errors.
- Establish and enforce protocols for handling special order types, such as rush orders, backorders, and bulk shipments.
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability and reduce the risk of order delays due to stockouts.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for order processing, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop contingency plans to handle order surges during peak periods and promotional events, ensuring that additional resources and strategies are in place to maintain order processing standards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, such as order accuracy rate, average processing time, and fulfillment error rate, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
