At Street Child, we are fortunate to work with fantastic volunteers who help us keep overheads low, ensuring that as much funding as possible goes directly to our projects in Sub‑Saharan Africa, Europe, and Asia. While this internship is unpaid, we actively support candidates in applying for Erasmus+ funding to help cover their costs.



We are currently looking for a full‑time (33 hours/week) German intern to join us in our Barcelona office. The preferred internship duration is 6 months; however, shorter duration can be discussed.

Street Child embraces skill diversity among interns, and we are more than happy, according to our current needs, to craft tasks depending on the personal qualities of the intern and/or give the intern freedom to apply their personal skills.

You will be part of a small team led by Street Child Germany’s Country Manager.

Individual Giving and Major Donors Intern

- Develop fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and communication department, targeting individual donors
- Manage existing donors, including regular communication, thank‑you notes, and personalized updates
- Contribute to and optimise the donor journey, from initial contact to long‑term retention
- Maintain donor data in the CRM, including database updates, KPI t
