Job Responsibilities
- Compliance & System Management Follow Spanish laws on occupational safety, fire protection and occupational health. Establish and optimize site EHS rules and emergency plans. Complete safety self-inspections and document filing. Cooperate with local authorities during official inspections.
- On-site Inspection & Risk Control Perform regular safety inspections in workshops, warehouses and construction areas. Identify operational hazards, track hazard rectification and stop unsafe operations to prevent accidents.
- Safety Training & Culture Building Provide safety training for employees and subcontractors. Organize emergency drills. Correct unsafe behaviors and promote site safety awareness.
- PPE & Safety Facilities Management Manage distribution and proper use of PPE. Inspect and maintain fire equipment, emergency devices and safety signs.
- Incident Handling & Improvement Respond to safety incidents and work injuries promptly. Conduct root cause analysis, propose improvement measures and follow up implementation.
Handle relevant document filing and insurance matters.
- Subcontractor & Construction Safety Management Conduct safety briefings, on-site supervision and acceptance for outsourced construction projects. Manage safety performance of subcontractors.
- Cross-team Work & Reporting Coordinate with relevant departments. Submit regular safety reports to China headquarters and execute group safety requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education & Major College degree or above. Majors related to safety, environment, industry or mechanics preferred. Safety administrator or Certified Safety Engineer certificates are advantages.
- Work Experience At least 3 years’ EHS experience in manufacturing sites, covering production and plant renovation. Experience in overseas/European factories or HVAC machinery manufacturing is preferred.
