What You'll Drive
Optimize Ad Efficiency: Design and deploy end-to-end models that directly improve ad targeting, bid strategies, and campaign ROI
Scale Intelligent Systems: Develop high-performance data science solutions from initial analysis through to production-ready deployment
Uncover Trends: Independently analyze massive datasets to identify patterns that drive business decisions and product innovation
Enhance Pipelines: Maintain and optimize existing ML models and data pipelines to ensure efficiency within the fast-moving ad-tech ecosystem
Bridge Tech and Business:
Translate complex technical requirements into data-driven insights that non-technical stakeholders can act upon
Who You Are
AdTech Expert: You bring 2+ years of experience specifically within the ad-tech domain or a closely related field.
Experienced Engineer: You have 3+ years of professional experience in data science, ideally within a product-focused company.
Python & SQL Specialist: You are highly proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using PySpark and Pandas.
ML Practitioner: You have a proven track record of training DNN models using PyTorch and managing workflows with Hydra or Comet.
Cloud Native: You are comfortable working with AWS cloud services to deploy and manage data solutions.
