About The Role

As Transformation Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping, coordinating, and delivering transformation across Expereo. You will lead a portfolio of operational improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, improve visibility, strengthen decision-making,



and help teams efficiently deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You will work across functions, with a focus on Go To Market (GTM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and the Accelerate programme — one of Expereo's most important growth engines. Accelerate is helping the business move faster by improving pipeline generation, deal execution, sales enablement, cross-functional ownership, and the way strategic priorities are embedded into day-to-day operations. This role will be close to the action: turning ambition into practical delivery, helping teams remove friction, and ensuring transformation translates into measurable growth, better customer outcomes, and scalable ways of working.
