Open Digital Services is looking for a Cloud Architecture Engineer based out of Madrid, or remotely within Spain.

As a Cloud Architecture Engineer within the Data Management department, you will play a key role in designing, implementing,



operating and evolving the AWS cloud infrastructure that supports the ODS Datalake and its cloud-based data ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining scalable, secure and maintainable cloud solutions while ensuring the reliability, availability and operational excellence of production environments.

You will work closely with Data Engineering, Security, Operations and Product teams to translate business and technical requirements into cloud-native solutions. This role combines cloud architecture, platform engineering and operational responsibilities, requiring strong knowledge of AWS services, automation, infrastructure as code and data platform technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Designing, implementing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure supporting data platforms and business-critical workloads.
Defining cloud architecture patterns, standards and best practices for scalability, security, reliability and cost optimization.
