As a dynamic HR Ops Program Manager within our General People Experience team, you will champion operational excellence by weaving Agile methodologies and AI innovations into the fabric of our employee lifecycle. You’ll translate complex SOX and regulatory requirements into efficient, scalable employee experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR Ops, you will drive cross-functional global initiatives, transform complex compliance and workflow needs into fluid, tech-forward experiences that define the future of HR operations.
