We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our growth and play an active role in the development of our ESPT business. In this role, you will support customer acquisition and account management activities, build relationships with customers, and develop your sales skills while contributing to the growth of our business across specific industries and/or geographies.
You will work closely with experienced sales team members, support the sales cycle from initial customer contact to order placement, and have the opportunity to grow into a more independent account management role over time.
How You’ll Contribute
Sales & Account Management:
Support the development of repeatable and stable sales within assigned industries and/or geographies by building and maintaining relationships with customers
Work with incoming warm leads, qualify opportunities, follow up with prospects, and support the conversion of leads into customers
Support the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing customer relationships
Assist in building and managing an opportunity pipeline within specific industries and/or geographies
Support the sales cycle from initial customer contact and enquiry through order placement and follow-up on repeat business
Maintain regular customer contact and support customers throughout the different stages of the sales process
Business Development & Growth:
Work towards individual sales targets with an assigned customer portfolio and industry and/or geographic focus
Identify potential new business opportunities and support the development of the customer base
