Desktop Support Engineer – Band 2
Location: Majadahonda, Spain
Experience: 2–5 Years
Language: English required; Spanish preferred

Job Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 desktop and deskside support to end users at the Majadahonda location.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 operating system issues, including login, configuration, performance, and application problems.
Perform hardware break/fix for desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Provide Microsoft Office 365 support, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and related applications.
Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests through the organization's ticketing/ITSM system.
Ensure tickets are prioritized appropriately and resolved within agreed SLA timelines.
Perform IT asset management, including inventory tracking, equipment allocation, replacement, retrieval, and disposal.
Support new user onboarding and employee offboarding, including workstation setup and equipment collection.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS,



and DHCP.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and endpoint devices.
Provide professional end-user support and customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and IT assets.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure, security, application, or vendor teams.
Follow company IT security, compliance, change-management, and support procedures.
Work effectively with local and integral IT teams to deliver reliable end-user computing and deskside support.
