In France, every employee is entitled to a doctor whose job is to ensure they stay healthy at work. On paper: yearly check-ups, prevention plans, workplace risk assessments, return‑to‑work visits. In practice: an under‑invested corner of French healthcare, with medical teams drowning in paperwork instead of doing medicine, and expediting visit after visit with little care as a result.
We think that’s backwards. If millions of French workers each get to see an occupational health doctor multiple times in their career, that’s one of the biggest untapped prevention channels in the country - and we’re going to make it live up to its promise.
