First company was established in Prague, Czech Republic (still existing under family management) in 1992 and is the synonym of the store you go when you want the best quality product followed by the knowledgable and professional consulting.

Since the opening of the store in Prague, we became present in many markets, as direct retailers or wholesalers, keeping our tradition and name recognition growing and becoming synonym of the quality wherever we operate.

Our latest company/store, based in the historical city centre of Málaga, Spain, one of the biggest fashion centres of Europe since early 16th century is operating for three years now, and due to our passion, our employees,



is continuously growing and inquiring new people to join the team, to learn and become Bella Hats family member.

Tasks
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Proactively conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Up-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Ensure packaging is ready/mounted before customers come (boxes, bags)
- Ensure all the payment supplies are ready (all printers/terminals paper rolls)
- Manage returns of merchandise (together with Store Manager)
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up to date with new products/services
- Develop skills continuously
