We’re looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant who wants to be the orchestrator of successful client onboardings, not just a task checker. Someone who thrives on coordinating complex projects from start to finish and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Responsibilities

- DayClient Onboarding Leadership:
Own the entire onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Be the central hub connecting clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Timeline and Project Management: Create realistic project timelines, track milestones, and proactively address any delays before they impact delivery.
- Expectation Management: Communicate clearly with clients about what to expect, when to expect it, and manage scope changes professionally.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Dost’s high standards before client handoff process.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with technical analysts and senior consultants to allocate resources effectively.
