In this interactive role, you will execute menu preparations with precision and consistency across your assigned station. Specifically, you will manage station mise en place, apply traditional Nikkei techniques, and maintain high standards of product care. You will combine your technical cooking knowledge with strict adherence to food safety standards. By doing so, you will ensure high quality, beautiful presentation, and swift service across every shift.

Precision Cooking & Authentic Nikkei Execution
Your primary goal involves driving culinary success across our rooftop Nikkei dining space. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional dish preparation and station management. At the same time, you will keep your station beautifully organized. You will also align your area with strict resort standards. Therefore, you will manage daily prep, oversee cooking outputs, and control waste. Additionally, you will guide kitchen assistants when requested and execute opening and closing checklists. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our restaurant’s reputation for luxury excellence.
