The Team
The EMEA Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders across the region to attract and hire exceptional talent across a diverse range of service lines and functions. Operating in a responsive, international environment, where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work. As part of the Early Careers Recruitment team,



you will support end-to-end hiring activities, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates across multiple Business Units. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation, build relationships with stakeholders, and use your recruitment experience to engage talented individuals and showcase A&M; as an employer of choice.

How You Will Contribute
Based in Madrid, you will lead the delivery of intern hiring across Spain, with occasional support for recruitment activity in Portugal and Italy. Working closely with hiring managers, universities and candidates, you will drive candidate attraction, campus engagement, assessment centres and selection processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while helping the business attract and hire top early careers talent.
