THE ROLE
As a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company, the service platform is a critical factor for the digital transmission of our brand experience to our customers. As our Senior Technical Architect Service Cloud, you will be an important factor in our success and growth. You will focus on designing our best-in-class solutions and be a key interface between the business and the development team. We value active participation in the design and optimization of existing processes in order to constantly improve ourselves as a team, but most importantly our solutions.





This role is based in our Canyon Tech Hub Barcelona, bringing together top tech talent to shape the future of cycling.

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

- Strategic Transformation: You drive the continuous transformation of our Service Cloud landscape towards an API-driven and decoupled architecture.
- Requirement Engineering: Continuously analyzing our business requirements and responsible for the implementation in intelligent, stable, and scalable technical solutions.
- Technical Concepts: Responsible for breaking down user stories and use cases into technical concepts and implementation tasks.
- Architectural Design: Creating technical design concepts and documents (data model, system integration concept, data migration planning, etc.).
- Prototyping & Strategy: Ensuring the implementation of prototypes and preparing "make or buy" decisions for new features.
