* Independently process payroll end-to-end and/or perform Data Management and Customer Service activities in line with agreed calendars, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
* Support statutory and year-end reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and client requirements.
* Respond to client queries, tickets, and calls within agreed service levels, providing accurate and professional support.
* Maintain strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and country-specific regulation
