Working in the QPA Team
At Open Cosmos, our Quality and Product Assurance (QPA) team is central to ensuring that everything we deliver meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.



The team is dedicated to embedding quality into every stage of our work — from design and development through to production, testing, and launch — ensuring that our satellites and systems are ready to perform their mission with confidence.

What will you be doing?
As a Quality & Product Assurance Manager, you’ll lead our quality function across all programmes, ensuring Open Cosmos remains compliant, consistent, and continuously improving as we scale globally.

You’ll:

- Oversee quality assurance across full project lifecycles — from design to launch
- Lead non-conformance management, NRB activities, and corrective actions to maintain flight readiness
- Conduct supplier audits and qualification, ensuring consistent quality and compliance throughout the supply chain
- Support and lead internal and customer audits, readiness reviews, and certification processes
- Drive measurable improvement initiatives using clear KPIs, root cause analysis, and cross-functi
